Features

Excellent mechanical Strength

Neolon XPE foam may be a lower density foam but it's ability to expand, contract and recover under heavy loads has been proven in many road and bridge construction projects.

Fire Retardancy

Third party testing resulted in a spread of flame index of 0/10, a heat evolved index of 0/10 and a smoke developed index of 2/10. We even have a case study of Neolon XPE being used underneath hot bitumen.

Long-Lasting

Neolon XPE was tested for accelerated weathering at UNSW. No evidence of significant changes in the mechanical properties after being exposed to accelerated weathering conditions for an approximated equivalence of 20-years real-life, outdoor aging.
