Features & Benefits

Density & Colours

Neofoam EVA is available in multiple densities from EVA30 (30kg/m3) to EVA120 (120kg/m3) and colours including black, white, blue, grey, yellow and red.

Elasticity & Elongation

Compared to PE foams, EVA foams have more elasticity, providing more rebound and resilience under compression and double the elongation.

Resilient

Neofoam EVA foam has excellent tensile properties, such as tensile strength, tear strength and elongation at break, due to it being chemically cross-linked with a fine cell structure.

Thermoforming

Neofoam EVA foam has excellent thermoforming characteristics and suitable for heat forming medical products, protective gear, footwear, costumes and seating.

Sports & Recreation

Commonly used as sprung gymnastics flooring, safety barriers to prevent injury and padding for sports equipment such as helmets, knee pads and shin protectors.
Neofoam EVA's excellent buoyancy also make it suitable for water sports and floatation devices including swimming aids, toys and floats as well as water sports equipment such as floating nets and goals.

Body Protection

Neofoam EVA is lightweight, flexible, easy to form and hard wearing making it an excellent material for use in sporting, adventure and industrial protection equipment such as helmets, vests and armor.
