Standard Packaging

Standard packaging is commonly produced from a closed cell EPE foam or open cell 29-400 foam but it is still often used as returnable dunnage, as alternative solutions like papers, bubble wraps and pouches are difficult to manage as a reusable option.

Premium Packaging

Premium packaging uses different materials such as Ethafoam, Neolon XPE or our Neofoam PE and EVA foams which provide greater protection.

Premium packaged products are generally of higher value and used regularly during their lifecycle meaning the foam packaging needs higher structural integrity.

Products commonly needing premium packaging include fragile or sensitive items such as glass measuring instruments, small electronic or consumer goods such as drones or monitors or high quality display samples.
