PJ Bowers in house product design capabilities provide our customers with complete product specification documentation including 3D models, elevations, bill of materials and cost estimates ready for manufacturing.

Rapid process Prototyping

PJ Bowers produce prototype products to the high quality expected from a full production run so our customers can test and feel their end product prior approval.

Product management

PJ Bowers provides a complete project management service from concept to distribution to multiple locations or ports removing the extra workload for our customers for project orders.
We take ownership of your project to maintain budget control, report on progress, provide kitting, specialty packaging, labeling and procurement of auxiliary items.

PJ bowers sources engineered and specialty foams from across the globe, we have the logistics and distribution network to provide freight certainty at the very best value.

Our service includes both international and domestic shipping of materials and finished goods by box, pallet, LCL or FCL.

CNC Knife Cutting

This lightning fast precision knife cuts a wide range of shapes to varying depths. Perfect for most packaging applications

Splitting & Skiving

Laser Cutting & Etching

Our high precision laser cutting and etching suit the addition of logos, lettering and numbering in applications such as tool control.

Thermal Lamination & Tapes

PJ Bowers offers a range of specialised adhesion tapes to any of our materials or finished products.
