Features & Benefits

Reliable

PJ Bowers Stiff Joint is produced from our high quality PE120 (polyethylene, 120kg/m3) foam guaranteeing a heavy duty, reliable joint filler that can withstand compression greater than 210kPa.

Material Properties

Our PE120 Stiff Joint does not absorb water with an elongation rating which sits between 140-190%. Tensile strength is 1500kPa and tear strength, 88N/cm further enhancing its reliability.

Order to Size

PJ Bowers Stiff Joint Filler can be produced to any thickness, shape or size required, with or without StickyBack, at our manufacturing facility in a lead time to suit you.

Approved for Construction

Construction certifications include Transport and Main Roads Specifications MRTS77 Bridge Deck Joints, and RT3204, Preformed Joint Fillers.
