High Performance Foams

PJ Bowers has innovated construction foams to suit demanding job site conditions by reliably handling extreme heat, compression and expansion during road and bridge construction.

PJ Bowers exclusive Neolon range of construction foams are available as acoustic foams and seals, compressible fillers, expansion joints, backing rods and BridgeFoam all available with fire retardant certification and with or without Stickyback.

StickyBack technology

Developed by PJ Bowers, StickyBack pressure sensitive adhesive provides convenience and reliability when installing expansion joints, compressible fillers and BridgeFoams.

Tested in extreme outdoor weather environments, StickyBack new D4 technology will adhere to any pre-prepared surface for over six months, even around corners.

Sound Insulation

PJ Bowers range of sound absorbing foams designed to withstand wet, humid, sunny, dusty or contaminated environments help control internal and external noise with water resistant, flame retardant, UV stable, non-corrosive and lightweight features.

Applications include bridges, road barriers, fences, refrigeration and air conditioning, industrial machinery as well as ceiling baffles and tiles.

Expansion & bridge joints

With in-house capabilities to produce expansion joint rolls to any thickness and width up to 1200mm, PJ Bowers has the capability to quickly deliver foam construction products to specification.

thermal Insulation Foam

Thermal insulation foams are commonly used in the construction industry for air conditioning, heating ventilation, pipe insulation and duct lining applications as well as gap-fillers to reduce heat transfer.

Custom Concrete casts

PJ Bowers foams provide flexible and easy to use commercial or architectural casting and containment solutions suitable for shaping concrete or producing intricate designs in precast, tilt up or in-situ projects.

Applications include curved footings and slabs, beveled floor or bench edging, wall reveals, detailed seating, pathways and edging as well as interior features such as bench tops and tables.
