Features & Benefits

Chemical Resistance

Being a closed cell, cross-linked polymer with high structural integrity, Neolon XPE Tubes are a durable and resilient foam material even after submersion in oils, high octane petrol and kerosene.

Fire Retardancy

Neolon XPE Tubes third party testing resulted in a spread of flame index of 0/10, a heat evolved index of 0/10 and a smoke developed index of 2/10 with foil faced tubes CE certified to ISO 4589-3.2017

Thermal Insulation

Neolon XPE is a highly efficient insulation foam, tested in accordance with ISO 8302.1991, Thermal insulation — Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related properties.

Long-Lasting

Exposed to accelerated weather conditioning by UNSW for equivalent of 20 years, Neolon XPE displayed no changes to its mechanical properties and retains its shape, even after dramatic hot and cold temperature changes.
